Here are my favorite settings:
HALL, Variation 7
EL/Bal 12 o'clock
Adj. 9 o'clock
CHAMBER, Variation 15
EL/Bal 12 o'clock
Adj. 3 o'clock
DELAY/REVERB, Variation 7 or 11
EL/Bal 2 to 3 o'clock
Adj. 4 to 6 o'clock
(You will need to tap in an appropriate delay time.)
FLANGE/REVERB, Variation 8
EL/Bal 12 o'clock
Adj. 4 o'clock
(This gives you a very subtle chorus, with reverb)
CHORUS/REVERB, Variation 6
EL/Bal 12 o'clock
Adj. 3 o'clock
(This is a little less subtle chorus, with reverb)
CHORUS/DELAY, Variation 8
EL/Bal 9 o'clock
Adj. 9 o'clock
(You will need to tap in an appropriate delay time)
On the DELAY/REVERB settings above, if we are playing a shuffle, I tap in the delay setting to match the downbeat and the 4th 16th note.
1 e and a 2 e and a. The delay is set to 1 and a. (Does that make sense?)
Does anyone have any favorite settings to share?

Lee, thanks for putting these up. I grabbed your list last time and was pretty happy with the patches. I'll need to work up a few with my MPX-100 and share 'em here, too....

Does the MPX-100 include a Leslie rotating speaker effect?

Yep, It has 8 varitions of Leslie and sounds good. I use a delay in front fo the Lexicon (Ibanez) and go stereo into the Lex for all of the other goodies.

I like the MPX a lot, but it has one great big drawback in my opinon. You have to use the great big wart that comes with it. It would have been great if it had come with a regular plug in. When you put it in your rack you have to be careful of the wart placement or you will get hum in anything else in your rack. |
