I saw a new product yesterday and would like input from experts on what they think about it. It apparently was introduced at the NAMM 2000 show. It appears easy to use and reasonable priced at around $700. It uses zip files, and has some built in rhythm tracks and effects and was supposedly designed with guitarist in mind (I guess that means for dummies like me). I am not looking to spend alot of money, this is my price range. A friend has a Korg D8 that I am considering also. I have a Phillips CD recorder that I would want to use in conjunction with this just to make some simple CDs for my own pleasure. If anyone has the time to read the information and render an opinion, I would appreciate any feedback. The info. can be found under under www.rolandcorp.com, and Boss products. Thanks in advance.
