I am not in the market , but if sombody was a 7-string guy this would be a good investment I would think.

tune it to JB diatonic and drive everyone batty!! A reso not tuned to G just sounds other-worldly is what I'm starting to think. Thats why i went 8 string.

I played a 7-str. Sho-Bro w/Byrd's C-Diatonic when I worked the St. Paul Boat-Shows with Bobby Bare in ’76. Worked out OK!
