Saw the Dixie Chicks on some news TV show tonight trying to spin their way out of all the trouble they have caused for themselves.
I don't really know a lot about the Dixie Chicks, but after listening to them speak, I can honestly say that I was not at all impressed with any thing about them.
They should immediately fire whoever is their PR person. |

Is this about music? If it isn't, Janice will probably close it.
Natalie's a pretty good singer. But then you all know how I feel about singers. Her Dad is a great steel player. I've never seen him play live, though. Maybe he'll play at the ISGC someday. I'd like that.
One of the Chicks plays b@nj*. That's enough to keep me away from their concerts.

This should be moved to the Politics section...
what? there isn't one?
There's a good reason for that.
Then I have a suggestion....
get over it, move on and shut up.....
This is the STEEL GUITAR FORUM, not the right wing rantings forum |

I don't expect much out of entertainers when it comes to politics. Especially the Dixie Chicks. I like their music.
When it gets too bad like Clooney, Penn, Streisand, and Dreyfus I purposely boycott their products.
I suppose they get by without my support.
I have a life.
