Several towns in southeastern Mo. have gas going for 2.46 to 2.59 according to gasbuddy.com. Here in Jefferson City it's 2.74 to 2.75.

Oh OK now I get it, I guess it was those "9/10" numbers at the end that threw me off. Pulled into a gas station the other day that had regular at $3.12.9, and you should have seen the line of cars. It was like the 1970's all over again. Most gas around here goes for about 3.25 or more.
