Just posted the tab for this solo to the Tablature section. It's one of my favorite Junior Brown solos--and one of the main reasons I decided to look into the C6 tuning in the first place.

Crazy licks and cool runs. It's interesting to see how despite the wackiness on display the notes are usually found within the "box" positions (a couple of notable exceptions...).

If you don't have the album, I can e-mail you the solo--it's 989k--or if anybody wants to post the clip for me, that would be nice, too.

Cool, Travis, but I think it would make more sense with the bar lines layed out over a 12 bar progression in fast 4/4 jump blues. Yep, this is the first Jr Brown solo I've have ever seen tabbed on the internet! The way you have your chords up there is all wrong, sorry (3 A chords in the beginning)? Try this with a charleston dance step strum for your bar lines. Strum on the 1 and the "and" after the 2 beat (2 and):

4/4 |A7 A7|A7 A7|A7 A7|A7 A7|D9 D9|D9 D9|A7 A7|A7 A7|E9 E9|E9 E9| A7 A7|A7 A7| |

Keep up the good work.

Edited: The E9 doesn't have a D9 after it, I was going by memory but the bass line says it all.

How come none of you guys heard that the E9 has no D9 after it? Only Travis caught it? I myself make mistakes all the time in typing and I catch it later and fix it, but it has me wondering why no one else catches it? Thanks Travis...

I put 12 bar progression stops at the ends of Travis' 4 chorus, 12 bar jump blues progressions and I put 2 bars of E9 chords where they belong. Travis did a fantastic job tabbing this out, it rocks!
