Her latest video "Think About Cheatin" on the Ryman stage. Right after the start of the 2nd chorus the Cates Sisters get a shot just to her left. They are wearing red dresses. I have been married to the one on the right for 29 yrs, thats Marcy.Best 29 yrs. of my life.

Earl, After seeing you on the Emmons/Rugg video I am shocked. Man, you sure hold your age very well. I thought you were in your early 30's, so to find out you have been married for 29 years just blows my mind.

Earl, thanks for the information about the sisters. I remember about 10-12 years ago they did some recording with the Geezinslaws, also Gregg on lead guitar. Did they go to Austin when Sammy & Duane did their live CD?

Earl I worked a TV show with you in the late 70s here in Champaign, IL (along with Morry Amsterdam) and you had the Cates with you then! Glad to hear you are still together, you guys were awsome! I was the lame (very young) steel player. (still lame)

Hello Dyke, I remember that show just like it was yesterday with Morry and I remember you too, and you played fine. It was some kind of telethon...I forgot what the money was being raised for. Seems like we were up there around 78 or 79. I remember we were asked to sit at the phone banks and take calls...I was very uncomfortable doing that. Anyway, thanks for remembering.
