He can keep his tone bar but I would sure like to get my mits on that Oahu ToneMaster that he has there. Those are some righteous sounding lap steels!

You guys are going about this all wrong!

Why not put the lap steel on one of those "Lazy Susan" revolving bases used for TVs? With the palm of your right hand, slant the entire guitar either forward or backward, keeping your bar completely straight!

That reminds me when I was a kid and I ordered "the perfect mosquito killer, guaranteed to kill one and all mosquitlos, and comes with instructions". It was two cubes of wood each about an inch cube, and the instructions said to "place the mosquito on Block A, and then place Block B on top of it and push hard"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Geo
