Spent the better part of this week in the hospital, so my wife thought she would get me some new music to listen to.She said that she heard a cut from this mew CD on the radio and told me that its all new stuff(she likes new country)Have not told her yet that it almost 40yrs old stuff.My point here is |

Hey Herman, that's one of my favorite CD's for sure. I like the cut of "MUST YOU THROW DIRT IN MY FACE" done by Merle Haggard. The whole thing is great. Another outstanding tune I like on there is the cut of "NEW PARTNER WALTZ" by Carl Jackson & Linda Ronstadt. Have a good 'un, JH

My point to the postting was that after all these years how good the music still sounds.There is not one cut on that CD I dont like, there realy great all of them. To Carl Jackson I would like to say THANKS for putting this CD together. Its truly one of the great ones.For us on the Forum there is alot of realy good steel playing here CHECK IT OUT. The other CD my wife bought me was BURRITO DELUXE. also a very good CD. With Sneaky Pete Kleinow real nice steel work here to. Both would be great Christmas gifts for anyone how likes great country music and GREAT steel playing. HOPE THIS ALL POST THIS TIME |
