I was practicing my computer skills and made up a table of tunings in Word. Now I don't know how to post it in the forum. Can this be done? |

This is part of what I have. The other charts have several columns, and they may get jumbled if I try to copy them to the board. If anybody wants A, B, C, D, E, or G, I will e-mail.

That was a test. Obviously, it's a jumbled mess. |

Test your skills over in the Feedback and Testing area first ... once you have it ... copy the whole thing into the "Your Reply" area in Non Peddlers ... here's a way that works ...
Copy the Word document and then paste it in your Windows Notepad program.
Go through it and make any corrections needed (spacing, etc) ..
Copy this new document and paste it in the "Your Reply" area ...
To get your chart spacing, numbers, columns, etc to align properly ... surround it by the "tab" protocal ... see UBB Code on the left for special instructions (tab, bold, italics, etc).
Hope this helps ...

One nice, and easy way to post a word document to the forum is to save it originally as a web page or web document (html format), then view it with your brower. From there just go to the VIEW menu and select view source. This will give you the html source code which you can copy and paste into the forum dialog box. Since the forum interprets html, the formatting from the original document will be preserved and will look just right with italic or underline or different fonts just as you saw them in your browser.
