Thanks, Janice.

I hope David sings, "Look what followed me home". That's a country song!

Janice what is the song that Jeff Bates has out? I like it but can't remember the title.

Craig, you might be thinking of "The Love Song" (or "The Wings of Mama's Prayer").

Was that Steve Walker with David Ball?
I liked hearing different material from Jean Shepard and the closeups of Dave Robbins.
Ralph and Jim harmonize so well.
Best to McHayes on their colaberation.

I think Wade Hayes was better by himself. He doesn't really need any help. Oh well such is life in country music.

Tommy White and Dave Robbins were awsome. It was a great opportunity for us to hear and compare an old Emmons P/P and the MSA Mellenium. I personally thought Daves Emmons sound was better than the MSA. Even at that...the MSA was awsome...I just preferred the Emmons sound.

Mark McClurg was the fiddle player with Wade Hayes Saturday night. He'd played fiddle for Alan Jackson. Steve Walker was playing steel for David Ball Saturday night. Brett Day, Emmons S-10, Morrell lapsteel

"Thanks all" for the kind words!
Nothing like a good ol' country shuffle.

Very big "THANK YOU!" to "Teresa White" for the great camera shots!

Yes, that was my ol' buddy "Steve Walker" playing his pushpull behind David Ball.

By the way, I decided to drag out my push/pull for the Opry, so that was my ol' '64 Emmons, (#17). It's the same one seen on Buddy's web site. Man, I had almost forgot just how good that axe sounded!

And yes, Tommy's Millinium does sound awesome...but then again he sounds awesome on anything!

Thanks again,
Dave

Teresa really is great at her job. Being married to a steel player ( Tommy White ) she is a little partial(?) to us steel players. She takes great strides in seeing to it that we get good camera shots everytime. Sometimes I think she is so close I'm afraid I could bump into her while playing! Although she is seldom seen on TV herself, you can bet that if Teresa is handling the camera the steel player is going to be seen everytime.

Dave
