We have a lot of requests for this song. It was first popular in the 50s. I may be wrong but I believe Wade Ray wrote and recorded it and Ibelieve Faron Young recorded it. The last lines I believe are, "part of natures plan,stand by me, I'll always be,a one woman man". Please post the lyrics if you have them. Thanks alot. CC

I remember one line, sort of.

Part of another. "I'll never love another, even if I could...." |

Johnny Horton (along with T. Franks) wrote this song, according to the liner notes of the CD I got today of Bill Kirchen's "Tombstone Every Mile" which has the song on it. |

thanks to all of you and moreso for the mp3 of johnny Horton. However, this song is "I'm a one woman man" and the song we need is "ONE WOMAN MAN". Hope we can keep on trying. Appreciate all your efforts. CC

It is off an old George Morgan "Room Full of Roses" lp and has either Byrd or Billy Robinson on steel.Thanks alot for all the help guys and gals. Anything I can do to help any of you, let me know.
