( i'll be gettin' round to Tennesse soon.

1. Charlie Pride
2. Johnny Russell (Opry performer)
3. Marty Stuart
4. Tammy Wynette (born and raised about 10 miles from where I currently live)
5. O.B. McClinton (Had some country success)
6. Rod Brassfield (Opry comedienne)
7. Conway Twitty

These are all of the musicians/singers that I can think of at the moment. There are also some actors from MS as well, but I'm guessing you are asking strictly about people in music.

Oh yeah...how could I forget...

Leann Rynn and Faith Hill are from Ole Miss also.
Leann bought her grandfather a restrant in Pearl Miss,a suberb of Jackson.
The name of it is named after the tital song Blue.
