My brother in law used to do a song I'm
trying to figure out. All I can recall is
the line "Now they call me a playboy".
I think this was the starting line.
Any help?...Thanks |

!
The songwriter credits belong to Bob Morris-Eddie Miller.
Bruce, there is a wonderful 10 CD collection of Wynn's recordings called Wishful Thinking. You'll find more than one version of "Playboy." |

Wasn't Ralph Mooney the steel player on this one. I Believe Tom Brumley was on Buck's version and I can't remember who was on Tony Booths. |

There is a version of it on Buck's album (if memory serves me correctly) "I Don't Care".

Roger Miller also did a version of TCMAP, probably in the 50s or 60s. |
