Who is more popular than the Smiley Face seen all over the country? Who has done more for the Pedal Steel? Actually I can think of hundred's, but they are all ready in the HOF. So as a least but not last gesture put the Short's on the wall. 1 vote.

Joe:

I concur; Smiley will lend color to the HOF, just put his shorts on your wall, not mine. Second the motion

I hear the last vote was 6 against, 0 for,for Smiley, which has been one of the closer votes.
I think we should ask for the resignation of all the politicals on the board who are against Smiley and at least get 6 different, new, appointees to vote against him.

The smile man can have my vote too. I do see a possible problem with the EPA if you hang the shorts. Probably will require an environmental impact report.

GO GET EM SMILEY
