Andreas Eastman 305 Violin for Banjo?

I have a nearly new Eastman 305 violin that includes a nice case and bow. This violin lists for $1200 but sells for $940. It is about six months old. I bought two. One for my son and one for me. He is going into the marines and won't be needing a fiddle. I am really looking more for a trade than anything else. I would like a nice banjo.

Ordinarily, I'd agree... but, I wrote a song which needs a banjo part. I tried some loops but I didn't like that. I figure I'll just get one and play the part.
