When I went to a D12 Push Pull I found it very scary. Now I can do stuff I never dreamed of! The extensions are just so COOL! Be brave, you push pullers! Go for it!

Whatsa serial number? I have SN 116D which appears to be about a 69 or 70 (it's a black lacquer fatback) and SN 127D which is a Rosewood cutaway, guessing about 1975.

I have been informed that dating Push Pulls with Ser # on D-12's is not as easy as with other models.

Roger that, Groover!

This baby is tempting to consider---but I'm too impatient and lazy to keep a p/p tuned up. And I understand they're hard to add all the pedals and kl's I demand (9+8 on my Mullen D-12; 10+10 on the previous MSA D-12).

Nonetheless: Pete Grant's Emmons p/p D-12 I touched for about 3 minutes back in the late 70's ruined me for life! I'm pondering and mulling...and that sound! Yum.

Thanks for the heads up, John.

John... my p/p stays in tune better than my Sho-Bud.
I almost never have to chase it around to keep it in tune.
These p/p D12 baby's don't turn up too often... maybe you should ponder some more...
