We did not take them off, it was purchased this way from Carter, so we don't have them. Here is a link to the pix: http://www.shout.net/~corson6/CorsonsSteelSale.htm

GOOD QUESTION!?! It was purchased this way with 8&5 used from Carter by the guy who traded it to me. I helped him with it when he first got it.

John-

Maybe whoever was playing it didn't want those three extra pulls. I know I probably wouldn't use them right now even if I had them. More knee levers doesn't always mean "Better Player"

I e-mailed Wayne a couple of month's ago and he said it had the extra stuff on it when he traded it in on a new Carter, but it's my understanding that Carter offered this guitar used with 8 & 5. Maybe John Fabian can chime in here....

Standard setups typically sell quicker than more complex ones.

Wayne is a great player and keeps his equipment in really prime shape. This is one great sounding axe.

Nice looking Carter! I lived in Illinois in the late 70s to the early 80s and the Champaign-Urbana area was a hotbed of music then. Lots of impromptu concerts in the park. Is it still that way?
