$850 - not perfect - please read below.

Yes, I know it's a banjo and I've heard all about it here, believe me. I've decided to get rid of anything banjo related and dedicate myself to finer pursuits (steel).

Okay, that's not true, just trying to cut my banjo inventory in half.

This banjo is not in perfect condition. It developed a small crack at the base of the neck after some hard touring. I used another banjo after that and this sat around for a few years.

I just had the neck repaired and this instument needs a loving home where it will be played. It's the best thing I've played next to my Mastertone.

I bought it from the original owner in the mid 90s and I believe I have the original case (which is missing the handle and has a silver paint mark on it)

Other than that, this thing plays and looks great. These originals are usually go for a lot, but considering the damaged case and the repaired crack I'll sell this for $850, shipping included to contigious 48 states.

Also, if you're a member of the evil banjo forum, please pass this along. Thanks.

Oh, here's a couple pictures: http://img174.exs.cx/img174/8185/banjo54zd.jpg http://img174.exs.cx/img174/4184/banjo81zn.jpg
