Yes Jon it is. It needed some work when I got it so I stripped it down completely and made the necessary changes. It sounds really good and looks pretty good. He has a good design just needs to take a little more time on details.

Stephan the string spacing is 5/16 and the pickup is a single coil 10 string. When I bought he guitar I was told it was a Shobud pickup. But when I removed it I found it had 3 wires which would indicate a tone control was once attached. It can actually be wired 3 different ways: 9.5, 15.5, or 24.5k dc ohms. I like a fuller tone so I have it wired 24.5k. It is currently tuned open F.
Thanks,
Dave

Just to answer a few questions: The body appears to be oak and the neck appears to be pine. The string spacing is 5/16. It really has a nice tone and is in great condition. I appreciate the questions and the guitar is still available.
Thanks,
Dave

I had the wrong price listed as $245 in the narrative. "That's what I get for not proof reading my own writing." The price is $225 shipping included and I apologize for any confusion.
Thanks,
Dave
