Guitar now on ebay and bump |
I check eBay a couple times a day and hadn't seen your guitar. Checked again a few minutes ago and still couldn't find it. Searched "Pedalmaster", no hits. Searched "Pedal Master" and got one hit. In pounds.
I had ignored that listing because I assumed the guitar was in England!
I didn't know you were in Lake Charles or I'd have stopped by before now. The boy and I passed through there a couple of months ago on our way to Holly Beach. We try to make that trip at least once a year, preferably in the off season. Fine crabs and shrimp you've got down there.

They must have invented foot pedals before knee levers. That's a good thing. I don't think a "Lever steel guitar" would fly. |

I think the eBay auction flopped because the currency was in pounds sterling.
When I saw the listing I ignored it because I assumed (with some reason) that the guitar was in England.
Try it again with the currency in Dollars American. Use the feature that puts a picture next to the listing (it only costs $0.70). Set the starting bid low, like at $100.00 (or $1.00). Put your "Buy-It-Now" where you like, and put the reserve at your minimum acceptable price.
Link back to your website in the auction. That lets bidders know who they're dealing with.
If it were me I'd start the auction at about 11:00 PM next Thursday and set it to run 10 days (instead of 7). That puts the auction close on Sunday week at 11:00 PM local, 12:00 PM Eastern and 9:00 PM Pacific. Everybody's bored Sunday evening, and you'll get a lot more bidders (and some late snipers too).
Best Regards,
Charlie |
