Gotta get more room, so I'm selling a really nice and exceptionally clean Emmons Original with 8&4. This guitar has:
1) Emmons setup, cut-tail changers;
2) matte rosewood mica finish, perfect condition;
3) Emmons pickups wound to +/- 16k;
4) rare all-white fretboards (atomic symbols are white, not colored), perfect condition;
5) undercarriage in clean, excellent condition;
6) all aluminum in great shape;
7) case in excellent condition;
recent set-up, plays very nice;
9) this guitar sounds GREAT.
The copedent is standard Emmons:
on E9...
LKL raises 4&8 E-F
LKR lowers 4&8 E-D#
RKL lowers 2 D#-D-C#, lowers 9 D-C#
RKR raises 1 F#-G, lowers 6 G#-F#
on C6...
String 1 is D (the bellcrank is there if you use a G on s.1)
RKL lowers 3 C-B
RKR raises 4&8 A-Bb (I don't use the 8th string raise, but the collar and bellcrank are there if you do.)
The only "wrong" things I can see is that one knee lever has a hole drilled in it, but doesn't affect the guitar at all, and the tone control is bypassed, though the parts are all present.
Photos below. I'm asking $2250. This is a very nice, used-very-little, horn
