Dekley S-12 For Sale

5 pedals/4 knees, basically an extended E9 with standard a-b-c changes on the 'middle three' pedals. P1 raises string 2 up a step and a half to unison with string 1 (D# -> F#), and pedal 5 lowers the high G# (middle too, I think) to G.

It seems to be missing the change that would really make it into an extended E9 - the 'b' pedal should really pull the low G# to A. It's probably easy to add, but even though I'm a notorious tinkerer, I'm not up to it here and now.

There's a little bit of laminate damage on the front lower crossbar (see detail on pix) but cosmetically it's very good elsewhere.

I got this guitar because I was stuck in a rut with my S-10 and I thought this change would do me some good. It didn't work out that way, I started playing clawhammer banjo instead. Stop laughing, it's fun!

Anyway, the guitar is very smooth, extremely solid and well built, and seems very easy to work on.

$1000 plus shipping (pickup in the SF Bay Area is possible).

Looks like a good guitar. I love my Dekley, rock solid and easy conversions. Yours should be worth a little extra being played by a Princess at one time.
A little work on this one and it would be an LDG killer.
