I'm tired of playing steel and have decided to liquidate my stock. I have for sale:

1969 Emmons rosewood 8&4, $2800

1990s Emmons LeGrande II, cranberry, 8&4 $2700

I'll email pics to interested buyers.

Chad,
Emmons is not going out of business. Who told you that? I've talked to Ron Lashley all week long. In fact I ordered a reissued push pull last week.

Man don't give it up,put it away for 6 to 12 months and do something else for awhile ,you will miss it and come back with a fresh mind and an eager desire to play again.i know i did that and didn't have to buy everythig all over again.Good luck once a musician, always a musician.

Dan, I think Chad meant he was going out of business on the steel, not Emmons

Hi Chad:
Sent you an email on the Rosewood Emmons and no response. Just wondering if you received it? Please let me know.

I have played both of these guitars and they sound great. The push-pull I believe was once owned by Harold Fogle.

Go ahead, quit. There's getting to be too many steel players anyway! There's probably 199 steelers per gig nowadays. (i may be kidding, but i'm not sure)

Why post a topic title like this? Why not just make it clear you are just selling your guitars? I'm not trying to be mean.
Peace to all,

Since I know Chad I would say it's because he still has a guitar that is not an Emmons. And because he figures that we are all sensible enough to know it is not the company. Also it caught your eye didn't it? Salesmanship maybe?
