Hi Carl. Could you say a little bit about its playing condition? (Pretty nifty looking guitar). Are the electronics all good? Strong pickup, working pots? Are the tuners all good?

Thanks.

Jon, I just recently put new strings on the guitar and the tuning keys worked okay. I plugged it into my N400 and it sounded fine. Regarding the lights, I don't know if they will work anymore because I don't have the electric cord that came with the guitar. I still have the case and it's definitely showing its age but it's functional. This guitar has been in the case 99.9% of the time I've owned it. I'm not an expert at anything, but I'd say for its age, she's in good shape. Thanks, Carl

Moved to Buy and Sell from No Peddlers.

That's a fascinating looking guitar, by the way.

Hi Carl,

I couldn't tell exactly by looking at the pictures, but it appears that those are gold stars as fret markers. If so, it surely is a Magnatone. I love it! I've seen a couple red plexi-glass Magnatones (8-stringers) that are not so similar but in the same vein as yours. Too bad you have to sell it. If it's been in the case that much, though, and you don't play it, well, why not? But, man, if I was you, I'd pull it from ebay and keep it -- and PLAY IT!!!!!!!

Al
