I'm selling all of my Sierras for I'm moving to Emmons Push Pulls. I have the black and gold Sierra that belonged to David Wright. I currently have it on a Diatonic tuning. It comes with 9 floors and 6 knees. It is a 12 string keyless so whoever buys it will have to change it to there own tuning. I'm not going to switch it seeing I don't have the time. Having said that I'm sell it for $1650.00 plus shipping as is, whoever buys it will have to have the tuning changed.
First come first serve, I'm selling all my guitars except my Emmons.

Assuming this is the Sierra Session I'm thinking of...
I don't know how many of you are familiar with this guitar. It's one of the most beautiful instruments Sierra ever made. David often took it to steel shows to demo in the Sierra booth.
Don't let the copedent problem scare you. If you've ever worked on steels before, you'll find the Session very easy to set up. It's made with square crossrods and lots of space underneath. Additional parts are readily available from Tom Baker of Sierra (who probably built the guitar).
The price is amazing for an instrument of this quality. Last time I talked to David about it, he wanted over $3000 for it. I couldn't argue with him - it was worth that much!

Your right Bobby. In fact I paid 3000.00 for it myself. And you are also right about the roding. If I can rod the computer myself, anybody can with a little bit of practice.
Thanks for the plug |
