I just sold a D10BMI, with 7 knee levers for 1500.00
Your guitar needs to come down to about 900.00 and see whay happens. ( Thats only my opinion, and maybe some one else will chime in with suggestions.)If you do not get any bites, lower it farther until you do get some action.
You need pictures , and a fuller decription, knee levers , color, Pictures , should include the underside, the tuner side, and a picture from the side and rear and top.
Hopes this helps you out.

I bought a BMI S10 with 3 x 3 a few months back for $750 US. They're good guitars.

Well I am glad to see that there are still some nice people in this world. You were taking advantage of, but the person seems to have a conscience about the deal and offers to make amends. Congradulations! Now should you decide to part wiht the Carter, you will have interest from many inlcuding myself.
You got to love those happy endings!
