thank you for your kind words,and also to pointing out the jonnhy dilks website, theres some good shots of the guitar.
Ray theres is no difference, this guitar sounds the same as the 1950 T8 i had.
Chris you live in a city with some of the best public transport in this great nation, come to your senses man.
theres millions of cars out there, im offering heaven on earth.
I promise you will grow six inches, women will throw themselves at you.
And it sounds great.

Explain the logic underlying that conclusion! I'll sum it up with a saying about the MBTA: "We could walk, but if you have time we can take the Green Line."

| Chris.........what Lee says is true! I have the only 6-pedal version of a Bigsby quad-8, issued new to me in 1956. No dings! No alterations! Only three were made; one was cut in half; and the remaining one had no pedals, unless altered since then. WOmen have thrown themselves at me from the first day I purchased it. Some have even thrown themselves in front of speeding cars; others from high bridges. I've had some that pounded on my door all night.....finally had to get up and let her out. Don't pass up this opportunity to be trend setter! |

| I was playing my '59 S-10 at a club called Liquid Kitty in West LA when a woman threw herself on top of the guitar. Actually she had been spinning around, lost her grip with her partner and landed on the guitar, but since I love a good lie (I'll love you until the end of time, I love the steel guitar, I love it that you're a musician) I want to believe she threw herself at me. |

Well Russ Young....where in the world did you come up with a pix like that? It doesn't at all look like me (I just checked in the mirror) but he was playing a great guitar!
And Howard R.......I apologize. I don't know what got into me, as normally, I'm a shy, quiet, low profile, loner, introvert kinda guy, just ask Tired Ole Eric West. He'll vouch for me. I promise to never do it
again. Still friends?
And Chris DeBarge......you could be right.
The accordian player always had sort of a crooked grin, like he always knew something that the rest of us hadn't yet figured out for ourselves. At least we know, it wasn't the banjer plucker or the drummer guy.... With a name "BLACKIE".........how could a woman go wrong tossing herself at the accordian player? Real "risk" takers, eh?
And after all those years sitting up on that three foot high stage and having women of all ages coming up all evening and peering intently up underneath that beautifully crafted BIGSBY 4-neck with the six pedals. I tho't it was my personality that they were checking out.
