MCI D-10, 8+4. Gloss black mica. This is the professional Arlington built model(not a Waco model) made by Bud Carter.
All pull, triple raise/triple lower changers, Sperzel tuners, Barcus-Berry pickups.
Emmons setup with split 2nd string lower.
Easy to work on, plays smooth and in nice clean condition. Just polished and adjusted and ready to sit behind and go.
This has been an extra backup guitar for me for a while and this one isn't getting enough use. MCI/EMCI is all I play; I'm sold on them. Includes case.
A whole lot of guitar for $1450 plus shipping. US buyers only please.

David, I'm on it. I was swamped with requests for photos and info.
Can any of you guys I sent photos to post them here on the Forum? I would really appreciate the help.
The guitar is a Bud Carter MCI made in Arlington, and not a Waco. It is not a welded frame RangeExpander. That came after this with the arrival of Gene Fields at MCI. The front apron is maple with mica covering(like the current Carters).
Condition is very good plus with wear only at changer rollers. Case is fair. Knee levers have been repositioned by owners through the years as is often done, otherwise appears original.
The serial # on endplate reads: 98425-1 which makes it likely to have been made in 1984. Serial # 1008 is stamped on the front apron underside wood. |

John.
Got your mail and I am putting up the pictures below.
And IMO there will be a steeler that gets a lot of guitar for that price.
She's a beaut.
