Hey. Just workin' on this Dale Watson tune. Pretty sure its Ricky Davis but I can't confirm. Anyway, there's a blistering little lick at about 00:28 that I think I've got but would like some opinions to see if I'm playing the right positions. Let me know if you know. Thanks! --Craig

I think it was Lloyd Maines or Herb Steiner. Mr. Davis had just joined the band but didn't play on that album (I believe, heck, I could be wrong).

Well there were 3 steel players on that "I hate these songs" CD> Lloyd Maines; Herb Steiner and Marty Muse. That was Marty on that Cut.
I'd have to hear it to tell ya if your playin' it right...and I don't own any Dale Watson CD's.

I would suggest without hearing it; that the triplet you have on the 7th fret would actually be
