Scotty's "Anthology of Pedal Steel Guitar" book has a version that I believe is quite close to Buddy's. Available thru Mel Bay.

The tab of Greensleeves in the Tab from Buddy section is from Guitar Player magazine.

Todd,
I have an E9th tab of "What Child is This, Who, Laid to Rest".
It has the same melody as "Greensleeves" so you can play it year around and not just in the CHRISTmas season.
If you would like to try a left-handed Norwegian's version of "Greensleeves" just send me your postal address and I will put a copy in the mail for you.
