Has anyone worked out tabs for some on Tom Morrell's rides or licks on his E-13th tuning?. Example Riverroad or any other tunes. LEE

You must be joking.
I find Tom's playing refreshing in that he plays his music the way he wants to, thus creating his own style and voice. Great player.

Nic.. what you say is very true. Thats the same reason that Emmons, Day, Reece Anderson, Bobby Seymour, Morrell and many more of the their caliber are considered the A team.
People on the B and C team like many of us, have to gleam our learning from them, and then go out and impress the locals.
Tab just makes it easier instead of playing the cd or tape over and over extracting every note or lick LEE

I did Tablature on Tom Morell's Rosetta
several months ago along with an MP3
which I recorded using an 8 string Resonator
tuned C6th E--C--A--G--E--C--A--G High/Low
If someone can post the tab I will gladly send it to them. This is a great old Bob Wills song.
My MP3 includes Backup with steel then just backup so you can play along when learned.

Thank you Roy. I just downloaded your tab and mp3 of Rosetta 10 minutes ago. Soon as I get off the devil woman (my computer).. I'm gonna hit the woodshed and try it. Thanks again. LEE
