about 5 years ago a friend of mine tried to show me a warm up lick that Paul Franklin had showed Scotty that showed my friend. To do this warm up.On this warm up lick you took the bar and made circles starting on the third fret on the tenth string all the way up to the first string.WHen he did it, it didnt sound like anything cause he told me there was some pedal and knee lever combination you did while playing the lick of making these small circles with the bar but over the frets. Does anyone know of this warm up lick. Or do they have it tabbed out.If not. can someone tab me out some good warm up licks to revamp my motor skills. I had a little problem with my health a little bit back and i need that help to revamp them if you can thanks.
