Buddy Emmons does this original song on Swingin from the 40's to the 80's.

It's my understanding that it hasn't been tabbed/available by Buddy; it's not available on Ernie Renn's official Buddy site.

Does anybody know of a pretty decent version of this that's been tabbed? Commercial or otherwise. My "reasonable facsimile" attempts to find the voicings haven't been too successful.

Thanks,
Bob

Bob;
I don't know of any tab available for Steppin' Up.

(Start by using open strings along with notes at the 12 fret. )

Ernie,

Thanks. Then to the 14th after it steps up.

Always appreciate your input.

I've been trying to find Buddy's Turnaround in Ray pennington's (Some one out in Dallas)- I asked Buddy At St. Louis and he said he never tabbed it and wasn't sure what he played in it!
