Here is the intro in A; in two sections. The first section is for the 8-string non-pedal and second section is for the C6 pedal steel.

I believe the correct title is Boot Heel Drag. At least I've heard of and play that one. Guess there could be a Boot Hill Drag though. There sure are a bunch of those "drag" songs

Red Knuckles and the Trailblazers recorded it as "Boot HILL drag". Herb Remington: help!

I've seen it spelled a couple of different ways. I think you will know which version this is by the intro alone.

I understood Boot Heel Drag on the Bob Wills version was performed in C#min. whether it had pedals or not.
