Thanks Brad, for another year of assuming the heretofore thankless, unpaid, ambiguous, time-consuming but critical role of monitoring the non-peddlers section. You've never made a call with which I've disagreed and you never lock 'em up too soon. Happy holidays and many thanks! |

Brad, I just wanted to say "Brads Page of Steel" has taught me and some of my guitar playing friends alot of valuable things about the non pedal steel world. I learned the head to "Pan Handle Rag" from your site. Your contributions to helping to give needed exposure to this wonderful instrument is right up there with Ricky Davis, Dewitt Scott, Mel Bay ect...Thanks for all your hard work on the forum.
P.S. You too Bob and the rest of the staff!!! |

Yesterday (prior to seeing this post) I was thinking about Brad's Page of Steel and the early days of the SGF (which coincide with my taking up the steel guitar) and how valuable these resources are to the aspiring steel player.
Thanks Brad (and b0b) for your invaluable contributions and best to both of you and yours.

Thanks too to all the other moderators, Lori, Jackie, Joey, Ricky, Janice and Mark. I'd go into severe withdrawal without a dose of the Steel Guitar Forum to start me off every day, and I truly appreciate the effort all you people put into keeping this wonderful site running as smoothly as it does. Happy holiday to all. |

Thanks to all of you for keeping this forum going, and for making it a bright and true source of information about our favorite instrument. I'm going to lock this thread, though, because I don't take compliments well.
Oh, and Merry Christmas to all who celebrate it.
