Thought some of you folks might want to know - working with fellow forum member Jeff Maxwell, we have re-created the legendary K120 speaker! Check out the video and info at my website:

https://milkmansound.com/collections/speakers/products/milkman-alnico-speaker

these should start rolling out sometime this spring. They will be avaiable in all Milkman models (including a new steel guitar amp which will come out later in the year) and can be ordered individually (max 2pcs for now)

good tones ahead Cool

8 ohm to start, but I can probably do a 4 or 16 as a custom order

also: people are asking about 15s. My take on the JBL 15 is that they are really easy to find because the demand for them is much much lower. I do not see a reason to make more 15s when there are so many out there - however - I can make 15s in the future and I might do a ceramic version to put into my Half and Half amplifier. We'll see how these do for a start.

Tim, how much does the new speaker weigh? Is the 8 ohm version OK to use with the 40 W mini instead of a 4 ohm Jupiter?

That would be nice in an extension cabinet.

Hey Steve - if you have an older 40W model I will have to make you a special 4ohm version of the speaker. The speaker itself weighs about 14lbs (same as the original did)

Tim,
If I want the option of switching between the AMP 100 and the 40 W mini head, would the 4 ohm version work?
