I'm not sure if this is the right section of the forum for this, please move if there may be a better fit.

I have a vintage Fender T-8 case from the early 1950s that I’m looking to have restored. Mainly my concern is the removal and replacement of the interior fabric and tweed, and basic structural integrity. There is evidence of mold and water damage that would need to be addressed. While I don't intend to use the case for touring or even regular local gigs, I want to be sure the guitar is safe for storage and general transport. Additionally, I think these cases had a compartment for storing the guitars legs on the inside of the case, mine is missing.

I’d love to know if anyone on the forum is willing to take on this challenge, or can recommend someone who specializes in vintage case restorations. If you’d like, I can send over photos of the case to give you a better idea of its condition. If all else fails I'd be interested in a new replacement case if anyone may know a builder who can do that.

Thanks!
