1980 Fender Vibrolux Amp, handwired, with the rare 1980-1981 “blackface” cosmetics. Essentially the Silverface circuit. Also comes with extras. $1750

This is a very unique Vibrolux as it was given extra TLC by Volition Amps in Evansville IN. Vibrato knob was changed to a mid pot to give the amp greater flexibility. Original output transformer (which will be included with purchase) was replaced by a larger Allen OT to increase the amp to roughly 45 watts thus giving a guitar player, steel player, or fiddle player massive headroom yet with classic Fender tube tone. A person could also replace the rectifier tube with a sold state plug to create even more clean headroom. This amp is like a Pro Reverb in a Vibrolux size, but more versatile. All of these modifications and upgrades can be totally reversed by the purchaser if they choose.

Currently has two 10in Jensen Neo speakers to lighten the load. Purchaser will also get the original Fender speakers.

Sorry no shipping on this since there would also be additional speakers and the original OT. I’m in southeast Illinois about 3 hours from Nashville TN and 2 hours from St Louis, MO.
