Hi, folks!
In 2024, I had the immense pleasure of playing steel with up-and-coming country artist, Denitia!
Some short clips of our performances feat. the steel guitar can be found here on my instagram highlights page:

Thought I'd pop in to say hi and share this on the forum... fun times! So grateful for the SGF. Happy holidays to all. |

Elizabeth,
Like a lot of us curmudgeons on this forum, I don't instagram or facebook (heck, I don't even Spotify) but I did go over to Denitia's website and checked out some snippets of her album "Sunset Drive". Is that you playing steel? Very nice!

Hey! I resemble that remark! I'm still not signed up for the Facegram.

Hi Bill,
Thank you for your note! That's not me on the record, but those are the parts I'm playing with her, note for note! It was a fun puzzle, transcribing all of that. 🤓 I think she laid down those tracks in NYC before coming back to Nashville. I just started working with her this past Spring.
Her music is lovely and so fun to play! I'm usually a guitar player, so it's really fun to play PSG a bit more.
Also... the fact that you all are not on instagram/facebook/spotify is immensely refreshing!! If I find something on youtube to share now or in the future, I'll add it here. |
