BEST OFFER - I lost my dad, Ray Petrea, July 6, 2023. He was a guitar teacher and MASGA member. He left two steel guitars that I would like to get into the hands of someone who enjoys playing them as much as he did. I have very limited knowledge about steel guitars so I'm depending on the members of this forum to be fair when it comes to a reasonable sale price for the guitars. Both guitars come with the case.
I've attached photos - hopefully, images that are useful. If other images are needed, please let me know.
(1) LIGHT WOOD: 121-002x (can't read the last digit)
(2) DARK WOOD: 121-0012

Those are really nice Dekleys. I had one for a long time and it was a great guitar. Heavy, built like a tank but very stable. Hard to place a value on these. Either one of these would be a great candidate for a uni guitar. Looks like they are both 12 string extended E9. Great tone.. Loads of sustain. Or at least mine was. I would like to have both of them, just cause I dig Dekley. But…alas Santa is kinda tapped out right now… |

They are good units to start on. But those would max out at 6 pedals X 4 levers, do-able, but might be a bit shy for a uni.
Dekleys are well-built.....Pat |
