What an immense talent and balladeer. Here's one of his very best shuffles circa 1963 with driving bass and subtle steel. It puts today's CM to shame, in my opinion. Hope you think so too.

I used to sing 'If I Ever Need A Lady' which was another nice 4/4
He had a cool song called 'The Easy Way Out' which was just a 1 & a 5
Really easy 4/4 with a good groove and I think Chalker was on steel
