This clip presented itself in my FaceAche feed the other day. I didn't know who the steeler was or what he was playing. When I Looked later on a bigger screen it was clearly a Franklin Ped a bro with an E9 neck attached. A rare beast. It is from 16 years ago and I'm sure the Forum would have mentioned it previously. So I searched the forum and easily found what I was looking for.

The steel player is Carson Chamberlain, who had played the Franklin pedabro/steel combination with Keith Whitley in the 1980s. Carson returned the guitar back to Paul Franklin Sr. after Keith died. Carson is now a record producer.
