I can't locate it, but someone here mentioned using a tripod bag for the rack, legs, and rods.
There was a link to it at amazon.
Anyway, I bought one.
Excellent idea.
Ambitful is the brand, and there are several sizes.
I just wanted to thank whoever mentioned this on the Forum.
(I'd opt for Thomas cases if I were to go that route.)

Glad it worked out for you, Daniel.

I'm one of the recent posters about that -- and I got the idea from somebody else here on the forum a while back. Now it's your turn to pass it on to somebody in a few months...

I bought the bag in your second Amazon link (but the one that's 31.49" in length) and it's working out great.

Do either of you two (or anyone else) think any of the manufacturers options might suit a lightweight S10 (body only) at 10kg (separate bag for additions).
Presumably it would need a suitable internal cradle.

Also, this could be an option too

Something like that could work for the steel's body... but man, you would have to baby it while moving it around since there just isn't much padding.

If you use the search feature you can find threads on here where folks swear by padded keyboard cases. Those would be a better choice, IMHO. You would still need to be careful about how you pack it and bang it around, but at least it has some padding.
