I am wondering what an appropriate price might be for a clean Carter ext E9. The guitar has basic Emmons set up, E’s on left. I thought this would be a great upgrade for someone looking to move from a student or entry level model as it has addition of Franklin pedal lowering 5,6&10 one whole step and LKV that changes pedals down from major to minor.
I am wondering the value of Carter’s at this time? I have seen some Carter S-10s in high teens and some for 3000s. Do the additional pedals add value or not necessarily?
Thanks for any feedback,
Clay

Clay, a fine Carter SD 12 with 4 and 5 (I think) recently went for around $3000 here in Rhode Island.

In general, yes, additional pedals and levers raise the price.
