Bought this last month to try in my '82 Super Pro. Sounds fine and in perfect working condition, but I am sticking with single coils in this guitar. The only signs from briefly installing it are the drilled out mounting holes and some filing down of the short ends of the base plate to fit it in the pickup cavity; which you would need to do to mount it in any Sho Bud.
These are $110 new plus shipping from Wilde, so roughly $30 (or @25%) off for an essentially new pickup.
$85 shipped within the US

Yes indeed Dan; that is Normal for this new Design and best sounding humbucking pickup I've EVER heard as I have on in my LDG since "Widow Becky Lawrence and Daughter" started building them at WildePickups>

That's a great price; and "red wire" is indeed a Coil Tap wire like old school single coil pickups and if one doesn't want to use the coil tap wire; you just Tape up the end of it and tuck it up under something out of the way...yeeehaaa.
