My friend Mike Bourque commented that the guitar sounds so good because it doesn't have end plates... I'm guessing he meant no steel at the end of the guitar... I removed it from the ad to avoid confusion

End plates are typically what the legs attach to on most steels. It appears you have those kind of end plates on this guitar.

This guitar doesn’t use traditional endplates like exmp. Emmons or Shobud, it uses one piece of metal block in which legs are screwed in, and two metal pieces on the corners , no endplates … endplates may dampen the cabinet vibrations… this guitar has no endplates, and it is possible body is free to vibrate , which would result in better tone
