I was gifted an older Peterson tuner recently and needed some guidance on how to connect it to my computer and download various Sweetened tunings and how to create and load my own Sweetened tunings for my E9 guitars.

Their customer service is just stunning. On their website you can actually carry on a conversation, or "chat" with various team members who will talk you through whatever issues you may be having.

They aren't real time chats; but, they are laid out in that format.

When there is a reply or update from someone at Peterson, I receive an email with a clickable link back to their website and the "chat".

I have had zero issues with the tuner. All my issues are related to getting guidance on how to use the various features. User training!

Most of my guidance has come from John Norris. Thank you, John, for being so patient with me! Other team members have also jumped in to help me out.

What a great product and what outstanding service.
