Who are some players that play Extended E9 and what are their copedents?
I'm very familiar with Eric Heywood and Greg Leisz.
Who are some others?

Winnie Winston was another player who extensively played extended E9 and played with quite a few different copedents over his career. He posted a few of them here on the forum before he passed that are fairly easy to find. There's also one that exists on his website that's still up.

Jeff Newman was another who played a lot of extended E9. There's one of his copedents Bob has listed on his website.

I just got a 1978 Kline extended E9 steel that had belonged to a friend of Winnie's in which he had designed the copedent for and it's quite different than what he posted here and on his website. I'm sure his approach evolved a lot over the years as many players copedents tend to do. I just mapped it out last night and it's quite unique and interesting compared to what else I've seen others use. Note the 5th pedal change paired with the RKR gives you a full B6 tuning across all the strings. A different approach but similar effect to what Jeff's above copedent was capable of achieving with the E9/B6 hybrid.

Buddy Emmons dabbled in E9 ext:

Here’s mine. It’s basically standard E9 setup plus Bb pedal at 1 (split with “A”), Franklin pedal on 5, and G vertical lever.
