Can anyone please tell me how to run a Behringer DR 600 digital reverb pedal out of my electro-harmonix echo/delay pedal. The echo has two plugs (amp and input) and the reverb has the usual A in and out and the B in and out. I assumed that this would be a simple plug in and go
but apparently I'm missing something rather simple here. Could someone please explain the chain of connections for this. Also running a Ernie Ball VP Junior volume pedal in the connection.
Thanks for the help!

Many ways to do this, depending on the sound you want. But the basic choices are (1) echo before delay, or delay before echo? and (2) effects before the amp input, or in the Pre-EQ Patch loop? You can try all of the options and pick what sounds best to you, there's no right or wrong way. Whatever you do, on the Behringer, always use the A input/output jacks. The B in/out jacks are for stereo. And you probably want your volume pedal first in the chain, but no harm in putting it somewhere else.

For effects before the amp: steel >> volume pedal >> (delay or echo) >> (echo or delay) >> amp input.

For effects in the patch loop: steel >> volume pedal >> amp input >> Pre-EQ Patch Out jack >> (delay or echo) >> (echo or delay) >> Pre-EQ Patch In jack.

If one of these arrangements isn't working, start with steel >> amp and add one piece at a time to see what's broke.

You can also put one effect before the amp input, and the other one in the Pre-EQ Patch loop.

Don't use the amp's Preamp Out/Power Amp In jacks for effects, the level is too hot and it might distort.
